DeLand Christmas Light Show

With almost 10,000 LED lights and over 2,100 individual lighting channels, The DeLand Christmas Light Show is an event you won’t want to miss!

• Show Details
  • The event runs from the whole month of December starting at 5:30.
  • The show runs for approximately 30 minutes and repeats throughout the evening.
• What to Expect
  • Watch from your car and listen over the radio on the station.
  • You can bring a blanket, chairs, and a picnic dinner and enjoy the show in a dedicated area up close.

During Wednesday Night Stetson Kids, Preschool and Elementary age Kids will:

• Enjoy a fun atmosphere with high-quality media and games
• Learn 12 simple, biblical truths—guiding kids to learn who they are because of who Christ is.
• Join a culture of belonging centered on relationships, so every kid or student feels welcomed and included

  • Senior Singles Luncheon featuring the “Sandy Back Porch” Gospel & Bluegrass group and a tasty luncheon of Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, salad, cole slaw and roll. Cost is $6 per person. Call the church office to let us know you are coming: 386-734-1991.
• October 14
  • Varsity Senior Adults “Fabulous Fifties” Sock Hop in the Student Center. Cost is $15 per person. Text “hop” to 386-734-1991 to pay online or drop payment into the offering boxes and write “Sock hop” in the memo area of your check. We welcome the Chrome ‘57 band from Jacksonville. There will be a photo booth, hula hoop contest, 1950’s review video and Marjorie’s Diner will be serving your choice of hamburgers, hotdogs, fries, shakes and even root beer floats! You are encouraged to dress up in fifties clothing but it is not required.
• November 2
  • Senior Singles Luncheon featuring “BINGO” with prizes and a tasty luncheon of Turkey, gravy, dressing, cranberry casserole, pecan pie and roll. Cost is $6 per person. Call the church office to let us know you are coming: 386-734-1991.
• November 4-11
  • Varsity Senior Adults fall bus trip to Branson, Missouri. There may be 2-3 seats still available, contact the church office if interested. Single is $1,820, Double is $1,396, Triple is $1,255 and Quad is $1,185 per person. Price includes seven nights hotel, seven shows, two tours, six lunches, six dinners and round trip bus fare.
• December 7
  • Senior Singles Luncheon featuring Christmas with the Grabowski’s. Our Worship pastor Rick Grabowski and some of his family will come to lead us in favorite Christmas carols and we will enjoy a tasty luncheon of Chicken supreme, rice pilaf, Italian green beans, green jello salad, red velvet cake and a roll.
